Official Rules:

Eligibility: Open to qualified visitors of www.MasterPsych.com. Employees of APIAPS and members of their immediate family are not eligible to participate. APIAPS is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entry of information. Submissions must include first name, last name, and a valid email address in order to be considered a valid submission.

Entry:

One (1) entry per qualified visitor is allowed. APIAPS reserves the right to change the prizes awarded, or otherwise modify the contest at any time. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of APIAPS, which shall be final.

Prize:

One (1) prize winner will receive • One (1) Apple iPad 3 Upon Official Release (maximum value $499) No prize substitution, transfer, or cash redemption by winner. Shipment of prize depended on release date of new product. If new product is not released within a reasonable time of contest completion, a reasonable submissive (nearest equivalent iPad currently available) will be substituted. Contest ends February 29, 2012. Potential winners are selected by random drawing on February 29, 2012 by APIAPS from all entries received and will be notified by email within seven (7) days of drawing. If potential winner declines prize, or if prize notification cannot be accomplished within ten (10) days from first notification attempt, potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

All prizes awarded pursuant to the contest are subject to all applicable withholding for taxes. Taxes associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
